What a fantastic estate sale this will be in this 4-million dollar property built into one of the Paradise Valley Hills with absolutely magnificent panoramic views of the entire valley. This sale will offer all kinds of very unique and sophisticated items for sale. The grand piano located in the living room is an antique 1869 Sohmer & Company. The living room showcases so many exclusive items, including the custom made vintage MCM Coral Table with a custom glass built around and a beveled glass table top. The coral piece inside is absolutely spectacular and something you may only see once in a lifetime, making it just a wonderful conversation piece. The nearby vintage custom glass cases display many other treasures, including numerous Lalique crystal items, such as Lalique deer, swan, buffalo, a large and heavy laliquue tray with five quails detail, Lalique sparrow bowl, Lalique 1970's collectible plates, Lalique bowl on a pedestal, a paperweight and so much more! Please note that the same cases will also have some Waterford crystal within, such as Waterford vases and bowls, candle holders, as well a pair of Cartier Sterling Silver candle holders, with the other sterling silver weighted pair of candle holders is by Towle company. 

The house features a small coin collection - with collectible Eisenhower dollar proofs, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s US Mint proof sets with box and original packaging. We do have one Silver morgan for sale, as well as almost complete three sets of Lincoln head set coin books. We will also be selling some commemorative Half dollar and dollar proofs with boxes. Please note that the Uranium glass antique Victorian Cruet will be for sale in the living room as well, and it remains in mint condition. Other pieces in this room will include a one-of-a-kind wood Native sculpture, Art Noveau mirror, numerous antiques, glass collectibles, signed oil lamps, antique butter churn, antique two gallon and five gallon stoneware jugs by different companies including UHL, as well one of the most exclusive pieces of the entire estate - a bronze Zebra casted by Tie Feng Jang - please note this is a very low number #20 out of only 200 made - and the bronze is covered with gold flakes to create this incredibly rare and highly sought for bronze statue... 

We will have some sterling pieces - mostly dining ware for sale in this household too - from sterling shell shape stir-sticks, to Voss Cut sterling handle shears, to a set of Sterling silver coasters, sterling toothpick holders, sterling handle antique cake breaker, sterling small bowl, and a bowl on a pedestal - please note there is more sterling dining ware than what is presented in photos - we simply found more going through cabinets in different rooms. 

There will be quite a few shells and coral pieces for sale in this home too - along with fish sculptures, some signed by the artist. Many rooms remain the beach tone of the home - and you will find fish sculptures in all shape and form everywhere - wooden ones, glass ones, crystal, terracota, cast iron, and more. The beach character of the home is also visualised in art collected - with four large Thomas McKnight signed prints for sale, as well as an entire suite of Henry Link wicker MCM furnishings - including etagere, three piece planter, dressers, mirrors, sofas, chairs, and more - if you're a fan of Henry Link - we have many of his pieces right here. 

The master suite features an entire perfume bottle collection for sale - whether it is an antique, art deco, Mikasa or Waterford or Lalique - there will be a lot to choose from. Please note that some of the most valuable perfume bottles may be placed up front and secured in our cases. The same suite will also feature some costume jewelry, as well as a small selection of clothing, including a Nina Ricci scarf, Born like new boots, Brooks running shoes, etc. 

The patio is absolutely fabolous with multiple sets of patio furniture for sale, some MCM and some newer, but many of them are cast iron and remain in great condition, some with newer cushions. We will have chaise loungers, table sets with oversized chairs, wicker furniture as well. All planters will be for sale, along with all the plants, fish and cast iron decor, along with a very unique frog/lizard stone bench - it's a unique piece carved by an artist. 

This home is absolutely packed and majority of the items for sale here will be of exteremely high quality. We will have antiques in almost every room , but also collectibles, art, art deco and beach theme decor throughout the entire property. All the furniture including all bedroom sets are for sale here too - please note that since the entire home mattresses have been changed less than two years ago we will be selling all the like new mattresses separately - and we have all the sizes!
